• During drops or sales, processing may take a little longer.

UK SHIPPING
• Standard UK delivery: approx. 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Express UK delivery: approx. 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• All orders include tracking where available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• We ship to most countries worldwide.
• Delivery times vary by location, usually 5–14 business days after dispatch.
• Remote areas may take longer.

TRACKING
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
• Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes.
• These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

SHIPPING COSTS
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and chosen service.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
• If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, reach out with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED DROPS
• Some items are released as pre-orders or limited drops.
• Estimated ship dates for these items will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together or separately depending on the release.
